Vt~iEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8951.x, passed by the Said Comjnon Council on the 12th day of November, i91a.6, and approved by the Mayor t thereof on the 13th day of November, 1946, determine to construct a sanitary sewer along ' 2 Y - Elk Drive from Fairmount Boulevard to Hendricks Park, and i W?~REAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs and amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be, Amount paid Contractor, ti~1,492,20 5~ Engineering charge, 71..61 Amount assessed property, ~~ I~+fI~REAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the arrners and reputed owners of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the C oirnnon Council of the City of Eugene on the' 20th day of April, 1911.1., and approved by the Mayor thereof on the'21st day of April, 1911}, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~dS; Section 1.
