An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a cement sidewalk on

the North side of Thirteenth Avenue VVest between Ttlonroe and Almaden Streets, in the

V'1HERF,AS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance Tdo. 8978,
passed by the said Common Council on the 10th day of February, 191..{.7, and approved by
the T:'fayor thereof on the 11th day of February, 1917, determine to construct a cement
sidewalk on -Lhe North side of Thirteenth Avenue West between I4lonroe and Almaden Streets,
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregcm, and
UVHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance
Urith said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the armers and reputed owners of the
hereinafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly
given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance DIo. 1510, passed by the Common
Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1971.x., and approved by the TJfayor
thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911-, and the Common Council having heard any and all
protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same,

Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a cement sidetivalk on t he North side
of Thirteentll Avenue V'Vest between L~ienroe and Almaden Streets, in the City of Eugene,
Oregon, is the sum of y,'~3,313.32, as aforesaid, which is by-this Ordinance assessed
against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite,
respectively.
Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
determine and -assess each lot and part or' lot, being in Eugene, Lane Gounty, Oregon, tovrit;`
