THE CITY OF AIGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOTidS: Section 1. That the total cost of paving Ferry Street from Seventeenth Avenue East to 1 Nineteenth Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X12,969.94, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively.
