An Ordinance levying assessments for the paving of Ferry Street between Seventeenth
Avenue East• and Nineteenth Avenue East, in t he City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. °
t~~IE.REAS, the Common Council of the Cit~~ of Eugene did b3- Ordinance No. 8995, passed by
the said Common Council on the 12th day of May, 1947, and approved by the Niayor. thereof on ,
clay 13th, 1947, determine to pave Ferry Street between Seventeenth Avenue East and Nineteenth
Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
TrIHEREAS, the improvement above described and desi~ated has been made in accordance with j
said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
be assessed have been ascertained to be,

WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the ovmers and reputed owners of the herein-
after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and '
ita compliance with the pro visions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the
City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st ~
day of April, 1914, and the Common council having heard any end all protests, objections and ,
remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same.
THE CITY OF AIGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOTidS:
Section 1. That the total cost of paving Ferry Street from Seventeenth Avenue East to

Nineteenth Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X12,969.94, as aforesaid, which is
by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts
set opposite, respectively.
