ORDIPdANCE IVO. 9079
An Ordinance levying assessments for the paving of Alder Street from Twenty-fifth Avenue
East to Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
[1hiER.EAS, the Conunon Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinan ce No. 8987, passed by
the said Common Council on t he 10th day of March, 1947, and approved by the riayor thereof on
March 11, 1947, determine to pave Alder Street from Twenty-fifth l,venue East to Twenty-seventh
Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance vrith
said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
be assessed have been ascerta3_ned to be,

THE CITY OF IlJGENE DOES~ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: !'
Section 1. That the total cost of paving Alder Street from Twenty-fi~~ah Avenue East to ',
Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of $18,536.51, as aforesaid, which '~

is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of prroperty hereinafter described in the ~
amounts set opposite, respectively. ~.

Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:

amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of City
Liens, a statemen t the reof containing:
