[1hiER.EAS, the Conunon Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinan ce No. 8987, passed by the said Common Council on t he 10th day of March, 1947, and approved by the riayor thereof on March 11, 1947, determine to pave Alder Street from Twenty-fifth l,venue East to Twenty-seventh Avenue East, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance vrith said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascerta3_ned to be, Amount paid contractor, ~ 17,653.82 i~ 5% Engineering charge 882.69 '~ Amount assessed property ~ 18,536.51 it U~iEREA5, notice of the proposed assessment to the oti,rners and reputed owners of the herein- !~ ,~ after designated parcels of real property havinb been heretofore duly and regularly given and in ,' ~i compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the ~`Ia.yor thereof on the 21st day of III April, 1914, and the Common Cour~c it having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances ~I thereto and having fully considered the same.
