WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8952, Passed by 'I

the said Common Council on the 12th day of November, 191}6, and approved by the Mayor thereof

said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to ~~

after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in
compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City
of Eugene on the 20th day of Apri 1, 1914, and approved by the i°iayor thereof on the 21st day of j~

April, 1914, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances
thereto and having fully considered the same.
THE CITY OF r'1TGII~IE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLQr15:
Section 1. That the total cost of paving Tyler Street between Twelfth Avenue West and ~~
Thirteenth Avenue Trlest, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X4,877.78, as aforesaid, which is
by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts
set opposite, r espectively.
Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
1. J. IVOR FISH:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the North line of 13th Avenue
extended with the Trlest line of Tyler Street extended, thence West along
the TVorth line of 13th Avenue E~€tended 103 feet, thence North parallel with
the center line of Tyler Street extended b2 feet, thence East 103 feet to
the trTest line of T;=leg Street extended, thence along the Trlest line of Tyler
Street extended South 62 feet to the place of beginning, in Eugene, Lane
County, Oregon, 436.87
2. RUSSELL E. HARRE7~L and AMANDA A. HARR~_..L' .L:
Lot 1 and the East 20 feet of Lot 2 in Block 2 of Mark Fleming Addition to

to the center line of Tyler Street if extended and thence North along said center
line 50 feet to the place of beginning, all in said City of Eugene, Lane County,

Section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby determine that each
parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifially benefitted to the extent of the
assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby: declare each and all of said assessments to
be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several
amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Recorder to ~ ter in the docket or City
Liens, a statement thereof containing:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage property liable for such
improvement .
Second: The name of the owner or reputed ownere thereof,. or that the name of the owner is
unknorm .
Third: `ivhe sum assessed upon said. property and the date of ent Bring the same in the said
docket of City Liens.
