WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8942, passed by the said Common Council on the 11}th day of October, 19t+6, and appro ved by the Mayor thereof on October 15, 1946, determine to pay Nixon Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue East to Twenty-fifth Avenue East, in the City of ~.igene, Lane County, Oregon; and ?nrHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the cos is thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, Amount paid contractor, ~ 4,289.58 5~ Engineering charge 2 ~ g amount assessed property ~ 4,501+.06 WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed otiners of the herein- j I' after designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in ~~ compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City ~~ of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Aiayor thereof on 'the 21st day of April, 1911x, and the Common Council having heard any and all. protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same. Second: The name of the o4mer or reputed owner thereof, or that the name of the ot~ner is unknown.
