HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 9084~6. 1 ~R~3rtN:~t~i C:E eNd ~ . 09 S4 I An Ordinance amending Ordinance P1o. 9113 of the City of Eugene, entitled: "An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Dist,riets within some of which it shall be lawf~.z1, and i u~rithin others of whi_ch'it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or c211ings, or within which the height a.nd bulk of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for se±.ba.ck lines, and providing ~ for a penal.t~% for the violation thereof", passed by the Common Counc3.1 April S, 1935, and approved by the Ma~ror , April 9, 193: UJHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the Cit~r Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has adopted the tenta- five report as their final a.nd permanent report and transmitted t1~e same to the C~t~r Council w~_th recorrunendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance; NG?~:, TI'.EREFORE, 7'I-~ CI`!'Y OF ~~[TC'tEPvE DOl~:~ OI?Dr's.IN AS FOLLOTrTS: Section 1.
