THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon the proposed opening of the alley between Eighth Avenue West and West Brcad?way from Van Ruren Street to Tyler Street, in Eugene, Oregon, made and filed by him with the City Recorder on Dec- ember 8th., 19-7, pursuant to the resolution of the Common Council of the City of Eugene passed on the 2~+th day of November, lq~-7, is deemed satisfactory and is hereby adopted a.s so made in thn ?~rords and figuxes following, to-?^;it: TO THE HONO'RABLE' MAYOR AND COMP~~GId COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON GENTLEhiFN: Pursuant to the resolution of November 10, 19-7, I here+rrith submit a report of the survey for the opening of the alley extending east and ?asst betvreen Eighth Avenue West and West Br.oad~rray, from Van Buren Street to Tyler Street in Eugene, Oregon. I have made a survey of proposed opening and-have me.rked the boundaries thereof. This report contains: First: A full and complete description of such alley and boundaries thereof, and the ;portion of each tract of land to be appropriated therefore. Second: A plat showing the proposed opening toget?:er a;ith adjacent property. Third.: The present owners of adjacent property ?which iiay be ber_efited by such opening. Section j. That W. R. Robertson Harvey L. Hilton and C. M. Urey three disinterested f ree-holders of the City of Eugene, and each possessing the qualifications of jurors of the Circuit Court of Lane County, Cregon, are appointed as viewers to view such proposed street and make an assessment of the dam- ages and benefits as provided. in Section ~ of Chapter ~~ of the Charter of the City of Eugene.
