THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: J Section 1. That the report of W. R. Robertson, Harvey L. Hilton and Clarence M. Urey, as Viewers upon the proposed opening of 24th Avenue from Alder Street to Harris Street in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, rr~.de and filed on the day of January, 1948, having been duly examined by the Common Council of-said City of Eugene, and said report appearing to the Council to be in all respects reasonable and just, the same is '~ ~'I hereby adopted as so made, in v~rords and figures following, to wit; N ~ e i~ i That at the time and place appointed by the Conanon Council for a first meeting, ji j to wits At the office of the City Recorder in the City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the ~~ i ~,'~ 25th day of November, 1947, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. the members of the board, to wits ii W.
