An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8413 of the City of Eugene, entitled: "An Ord-

I passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor, April 9, 1G35.

WHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council .of the City of Eugene, the City
Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has
adopted the tentative report as their fin--1 =.nd perma.nent retort a:nd transmitted the
same to the City Council lrrith recomr.:end.ation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance;

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8413, entitled:
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into District T•~ithin some of. vrhich

in the Northwest corner of the block bounded by Hilyard, Alder, East 24th
and East 25th streets'in the City of Eugene, Lane County; Oregon.
