An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sidewalk on the South
side of. Clark Avenue bet~~reen Lincoln and Lawrence Streets, in the City of Eugene, Lane
County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene' did by Ordinance No. 9068,=passed
by the said Common Council on the lZ!th day of October, 197, and approved by the Mayor
thereof on October 15, 147, determine to construct a sidewalk on the South side of.
Clark Avenue between Lincoln and. Lawrence Streets, in the City of Eugene, Lane County,
Oregon; and,

~7HEREAS, the improvement above described and designated ha.s been made in accordance
c~ith said Ordinance a_nd. the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
and amount to be asse~Ged ha.ve•'been ascertained to be:

WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessments to the owners and reputed. owners of

Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a. sidewalk on the South side of

of $360.15, as aforesaid, ~~~hich is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels
of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively.
Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
determine and assess each lot and part of Lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-,~it:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Sheltons

Section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby determine
that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically benefitted to

against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Recorder I,
