WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9016, passed by the said Common Council on the 9th day of June, 1917, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the lOtY~ day of June, 19l~7, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the STest side of Filmore Street between tidest Broadway and Eleventh Avenue blest in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, Amount paid contractor ~p556.82 ~~ Engineering Charge 27.8? Amount assessed -~~ WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the hereinafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 20th day of April, 197.l~, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same . That the total cost of constructing a concrete sidewalk on the West side of Filmore Street between S'lest Broadway and Eleventh Avenue West in the City of Eugene is the sum of ~581~.66 as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectively. Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby deter- mine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-writ: 1. EVA V. Second: The name of the owner or reputed o~rner thereof, or that the name of the owner is unknown.
