Section 1. That it shall be tuilawful to park a motor vehicle on either side of the
follo~,ving described s ~;roots ~~rithin the City of L+'u~,ene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
,~,l.der Street bet~reen East Broadti~ray and. East 11th Street, and betv~reen East
13th Street and East 19th Street..
Hilyard Street betVreen mast Broadway and East llth Street.
Patterson Street betVreen East Broadway and East 11th Street.
Section 2. ~.ny person or persons who shaJ_J_ violate the provisions of this Ordinance
shall; upon conviction thereof, before the r:funicipal Court for the City- of Eugene, be fined
not more than X50.00 or. be imprisoned not to exceed twentvT five (25) days.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. VIHE;REAS, the immediate enactment of this orclinance is deemed necessary for
the maintenance of the peace, health and safety of the City and its inhabitants, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage by
the Council and approval by the I'~Ia;,ror.
