An Ordinance levying assessments for the constriction of concrete walks on the East
and '?~trest side of ~,l.der street between 'i~rrentysixth and i~rrenty-seventh Avenue, in the City
of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
ti~1HEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 915l~, passed

by the said Common Counci]. on the 10th day of May, 191}8, and approved by the Mayor thereof
on the 11th day of T~~1ay, 191G8, determine to construct, concrete sidewalks on the .East and
West side of Alder Street betvree_n Tv,~enty--sixth and Twenty-seventh Avenue, in the City of
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
',~hTLREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
with said Ordinance ark. the lav~r in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

ments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against vh ich
said several amounts are assessed, and on~ers and directs the City Recorder tc .enter in the
docket of City Liens a statement thereof containing: J
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable for such
improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed o?veer thereof, or that the name of the ovnner
is unknown.
