An Ordinance levyingl assessment for the construction of a concrete v~alk on the n~lest side
of North Adams street k.~et~.veen Clark and Cheshire 1.~=enue, in the Ci ty of Eugene, Dane County,
Oregon.
t+I~HEREAS, the Common Council of the City 'of Eugene did by Ordinance PIo. 916l~, passed by
the said Conuaon Counci 1 on the 2~th da~r of 1'~Zavr, 19l~8, and approved by the i'~layor thereof on
the 25th day of Tlay, 1918, determine to construct a concrete sidevrallc on the '.';est side of
North Adams street betvreen Clark and Cheshire Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County,
Oregon, and
"IHERE,AS, the improvements abosre described and designated have been made in accordance
~rrith said Ordinance and. the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

inafter designated parcel of .real. property l~~.ving been heretofore dul;,~ and regularly g~.ven
and in compliance v+rith the provysions of Ordinance n1o. )_510, passed by the Common Council of
the City of Eugene on the 20th day of .April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the
20th day of April, 191ia., ~,nd the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections
and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same.

hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectivel~r.

each parcel of land or lot lie reinbefore described is specifically benefitted to the eytent
of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said
assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against
^rhich said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the C~.t,y Recorder to enter
in the docket of City La_ens a. statement thereof containingr
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acr age properly l; able for such

Second: The name of the ov~mer or reputed ovvmer thereof, or that the name of the oro~mer
