WHEREAS, the Conunon Council of the pity of ,Eugene did. by Ordinance No. 9196, passed by 1 the said Common Council of the 26th day of July, 1946, and a~~proved by the mayor thereof on the 27th day of July, 1948, determine to construct and install a combination curb and gutter on Twentythird Avenue from Kincaid to Harris Street, in the City of Eu~-ene, Lane County, Oregon, Gnd VTHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance with said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, Amount paid contractor ~ 1311.70 5~ Engineering charge 65.59 Amount kssessed $~ 1377.29 ~'THEREAS, notice of the posposed assessment to the o uners and reputed ov~ers of the here- inafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance vrith the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eu~;P.ne on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the mayor thereof on the 20th day of April, 1914, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, ob- jections and remonstrances thereto and having head and fully considered the same .
