An Ordinance levying assessment for the paving of Tyler Street from Thirteenth to Fif-
teenth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eu€;ene did by Ordinance No. 91.12, passed by
the said Common Council on the 7th Day of march, 1918, and approved by the ~Jayor thereof on the
8th day of march, 19!18, determine to pave Tyler Si;reet from Thirteenth to Fifteenth Avenue,
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and '
WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance ~~I

each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically benefitted to t he extent
of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said
assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against
which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Recorder to enter
in the city docket of City Liens a statement thereof containing:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liable for such
improvement .
;Second: The name of the ovrner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name of the owner
is unknown.
