PJHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eu~,ene did by Ordinance No. 9105, passed by the said Common Council on the 2l~th day of February, 1948, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 25th day of February, 1918, determine to pave the alley between Ferry and Patterson Street from Eleventh to Twelfth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and V~f~;REA5, the improvements above described and designated have been made iri accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case rr~,..de and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to be assessed haG e been ascertained to be, Amount paid contractor ~ 2189.76 5~ Engineering Charge 121~.1~9 Amount assessed ~ 261L~.25 WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owne rs of the hereinafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly gi~2n and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911,, and approved by the 1~Iayor thereof on the 20th da~~T of April, 191l~, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, object- ions and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully c;ons5_dered the same, THE CITY OF .PCTGENE DOES f~R~3AIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name of the owner is unknown.
