WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did b~T Ordinance No. 9176, passed by
the said Common Council on the 28th day of June, 1948, and approved b„y the It~layor thereof on the
29th day of June, 1948, determine to pave Twentyfirst Avenue from Jefferson to Madison
Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
V~iEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
~ with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

tests, objections and remonstrances thereto aind having heaxri and fully considered the same,

Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine

each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is sp°cifically benefitted to the
extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare each and all
of said assessments to be leiens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcel.
