WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No . 9183, passed by it

the said Common Council on the 28th day of June, 19l~8, and approved by the P,4auTOr thereof

~ on the 29th day of June, 1918, determine to pave and make sidewalks on Kincaid Street from ;I

i WHEREAS,. the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance I'

Section 1. That the total cost of paving and sidewalks on K:_ncaid Street from Tvrenty-
i eighth Avenue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, is X7,969.56, as aforesaid, which ',j
' is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the ~'

of the assessment he reinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare erich and all of said
assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against
which said several amounts are assessed', and orders and directs the City Recorder to
enter in the city docket of City Liens a statement thereof containing:
Fitst: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properl~r liable for such
improvement .
Second: The name of the Winer or reputed owner thereof, or~that the name of the
owner is unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of enuring the same in
the said docket of City Liens.
