I ij WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No . 9183, passed by it i i the said Common Council on the 28th day of June, 19l~8, and approved by the P,4auTOr thereof ~. ~ on the 29th day of June, 1918, determine to pave and make sidewalks on Kincaid Street from ;I Twent,yei ghth Avenue to Tvdentvninth Avenue, in the City of Eu~ne, Lane County, Oregon, and !~ I, i WHEREAS,. the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance I' ~~ with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof end ;! i ;I ~ amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, ,I !
