'.violation iri the City of Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal Ordinance No. 81113 and all_ ar, endmexits thereto, and Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8700. WHL'REAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the City Planning Cn~nmis~ion has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon a1d has adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the same to the City Council vrith recommendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance; NOV~F THEREFORE, THE CITY OF E'JC~NE DOES 0 RDAI£d AS FOLLOV~S Section 1. That Onlinance No. 9188, entitled: '~An Ordinance to create ox~ivde the City into districts vi thin score of which it shall be lavrful, and within ot}-:b..rs of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, al ter, or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings; to limit the height and bulk of future buildings; to provide for setback lines, size of ;bards, and other~~ open spaces; to establish minimum lot sizes; to provide for automobile parking facilitiesr; to provide for the enforcement adjustment, and amendment thereof; and to prescribe penalties for its violation in t he City ~ of Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal Ord ~ nance No. 81113 and all an endments the reto, and Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8700. ~~ Passed by the Common Counc it June 28, 191.18, and approved b y the lt4ayor June 29, 19118, be, and the same i s hereby, amended in the fo llowing particulars : George C .
