ti'JHEREAS, THE Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9062, passed by
the said Common Council on the 22nd day of September, 1.917, and anrraved by the Iu?ayor there-

of on the 23rd day of September, 1917, determine toconstruct a concret walk on Fifteenth
Avenue from Lawrence to Washington Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and

is unknown.
