Section 19 and Section 18C of Ordinance 8347, entitled. 'An Ordinance to he known as the Elec-
trical Code for the City of Eugene, Oregon; vroviding for licenses; defining aporoved e:?ectrica.l
materials and applicances, prohibiting, the sale or use of unapproved apr~licances and materials,
providing a penalty for violation hereof., repealing Ordinance 8293 and all ordinances or Harts of
ordinances in conf]_ict.herecrith, passed by the Common Council on the 26th day of June, 1939 a.nd
a*~proved bzj the Mayor June 27, 1939", by changing the electrical dealers license from X1.00 to
x,5.00.

(a) License fees shall he Daid as follows:

An Electrical contrac#r.~"s license shall be deemed to include an electrical dealer's license,~~~
and. no separate electrical dealer's License shall ~e required. ;~
