THE -CITY OF ELTGEr?E DOES ORDnIrI AS FOLLOWS:

Se~ticr. 1. It shall_ re unlawful for a.ny person having charge of any steam or I
electric locomotive or havi~Yg charge of any steam or electric locomotive oreratine or
prepalling a train within the corx~or~ute limits of the City of Eugene to run or operate I
such steam or electric locomotive within said cornorat~ 1imi~s of the City of Eugene at
a rate of s*~eed greater than fifty miles per hour. ~
