Coolidge Street in its entirety I A pedestrian way from West 15th avenue to the North boundary c~' I '~~ Westpark, and ', WHEREAS, due notice wa~:~ duly and regvl~.rly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Eugene, Oregon on T~.2onday, the 22nd day of August, 19119, at 7:30 o~clock p.m., and at said time the ~LJ 1 Common Council requested that any persms haveing any matters to bring flne.fore the Council, ,, ii should sate the same, and that no arsons appeared objecting to the vacation of the prem- ~, II ises hereinbefore described, and Ij WHEREAS, all persons owning the property known as Westpark Plat and the property .. fi abutting upon the streets and avenues herein specifically named and proposed to be vacated i ~I 11 have consented to said vacation, and have apr~lied for the same, ~j THE CITY OF EUGENE DCES CRDAIA? AS FCLLOPTS: ~i Section 1. The Common Co?.:ncil of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice II I~ of said hearing was published and posted as required by law and that no valid objection has t~ ,, been made at said hearing or filed. That the consent of the owners of the abutting property jl has beeh duly and regularly filed in said proceeding and that the public interest will not f ~ be prejediced by the vacation of said Plat and the streets anti avenues therein. ~ Section 2. That said hearing was held on the 22nd day of August, 19119, at 7:38 p.m. in i~ ~~ the Council Chambers of the City Hall of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and that all matters ~~ i' necessary to be done in the premises have been du~.y and regularly ec~mpleted. j. Section 3.
