held pursuant to said ordinance in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Eugene, Oregon

Common Council requested that any persms haveing any matters to bring flne.fore the Council,

ii should sate the same, and that no arsons appeared objecting to the vacation of the prem-

Ij WHEREAS, all persons owning the property known as Westpark Plat and the property

fi abutting upon the streets and avenues herein specifically named and proposed to be vacated

11 have consented to said vacation, and have apr~lied for the same,
~j THE CITY OF EUGENE DCES CRDAIA? AS FCLLOPTS:
~i Section 1. The Common Co?.:ncil of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice

I~ of said hearing was published and posted as required by law and that no valid objection has

,, been made at said hearing or filed. That the consent of the owners of the abutting property

has beeh duly and regularly filed in said proceeding and that the public interest will not
f ~ be prejediced by the vacation of said Plat and the streets anti avenues therein.
~ Section 2. That said hearing was held on the 22nd day of August, 19119, at 7:38 p.m. in

~~ the Council Chambers of the City Hall of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and that all matters

necessary to be done in the premises have been du~.y and regularly ec~mpleted.

prdinance with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon, together with a map or plat of said pro-
perty and that a certified c ooyof this ordinance shall be filed with the County Assessor,
and ano~~her certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the County Surve~ror.
