WHEREAS, the Common Counci:'. of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance A1o. 9285, passed by said Common Council on the 28th day of March, 19119, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 29th day of March, 19119, deter~ine to construct a sewer in the alley be tween Hargis and Potter Street from Twentyeighth Ave nue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and WHEREAS, the improvement above dewcribed and designated has been made in accordance w itYr the said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and tYie costs thereof and. amount to be assessed have beenascert,~.ined to re, Amount paid contr~cto r X1,115.35 10~ City Charge 111.511 Amount assessed X1,226.89 WHEREAS, Notice of the proposed assessment to the otimer s andreputed owners of the here- inafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 19111, and arbroved by the Mayor thereof on the 20th day of April, 191!1, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORI~'AIN AS FOLLO'NS: Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sewer in the alley between Harris and Potter Street from Twentyeighth Avenue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of X1,226.89, as aforesaidm which is by t~~~.is ordinance assessed ai^~ainst the pa.r- eels of property hereinafter descrired in the amounts set o-~nositd, respectively.
