An Ordinance levying assess e nts for the constructi;n of a c nerete sidewalk on the South
side of Nineteenth Avenue between Willamette and Oak Street in the City of Eugene, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the Co mmon Council of the City of Eugene did b,y Ordinance No. 9347, passed by
said Common Council on the 23rd day of t~bay, 199, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the
21~th d.ay of R4ay, 19l~9, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the South side of Nine-
teenth Avenue between Willamette and Oak Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon;

"uHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with ~,

said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and. the costs thereof and amount ~,,

WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the o~ers and reputed owners of the

THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the total cost of c onstructing a concrete sidewalk on the South side ;~'i

Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby deter- ~
mine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit: '{
