WHEREAS, the Co mmon Council of the City of Eugene did b,y Ordinance No. 9347, passed by said Common Council on the 23rd day of t~bay, 199, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21~th d.ay of R4ay, 19l~9, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the South side of Nine- teenth Avenue between Willamette and Oak Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and ~ i "uHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with ~, ~i said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and. the costs thereof and amount ~,, ;~ to he assessed have been ascertained to re, ~~ Amount paid contractor ~ 31t1~.91~ 10~ City Charge for Engineering and other ',~ expenses 3~.1~9 Amount assessed ~ 379.u3 ii WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the o~ers and reputed owners of the hereinafter designated parce~.s of real property having been heretofore duly arad regularly i' _ _. ~• given and in compliance ,~rith the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, r'tassed by the Common ~' Council of the City of Eugene on the 10th d.ay of April, 191lt, and an proved by the T,4ayor there- ' ;, of on the 10th day of April, 1911, and~he Common Counci_1 having heard any and all protests !I objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully c•~nsidered the same, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
