AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING VIDEO DISPLAY GAMBLING
DEVICE TAX AND REPEALING SECTIONS 3.700, 3.702, 3.704,
3.706,3.708,3.710,3.712,3.714,3.716,3.718, AND 3.720 OF THE
EUGENE CODE, 1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The caption preceding Section 3.700, and Sections 3.700, 3.702, 3.704, 3.706,
3.708,3.710,3.712,3.714,3.716,3.718, and 3.720 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are repealed.
Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City
Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in
other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
