Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

3. PUBLIC HEARING and POSSIBLE ACTION:
An Ordinance Concerning Regulation of Payday Loans and Adding
Sections 3.550 through 3.560 to the Eugene Code, 1971; and Providing an

desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the

4.ACTION:
Transfer of Water Pollution Control Facility Property from the City of
Eugene to the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission
City Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to take the necessary
steps to proceed with the transfer of approximately 95.56 acres of City owned land
to the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission, contingent upon
MWMC’s agreement to convey to the City the right-of-way needed to complete the
improvements abutting the MWMC site on River Avenue.

5.ACTION:
An Ordinance Concerning Condominiums; Amending Section 2.1060,
2.1064, 2.1070, and 2.0174 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Declaring an
Immediate Effective Date
City Council President:
I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4928,
an ordinance concerning condominiums.
