AN RESOLUTION ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING
FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.770 OF OREGON REVISED
STATUTES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, A Municipal
Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows:
t'1tj~~ The City of Eugene. Oregon. for the fiscal year ending June
30,~, elects to receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharing
pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Section 221.770.

7/ Section 2. The ~dministrative Services Director is hereby requested to
