RESOLUTION NO. 4724
A RESOLUTION ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING
FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.770 OF OREGON REVISED STATUTES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, A
Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows:
Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, elects to
receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes
Section 221.770.
Section 2. The Administrative Services Director is hereby requested to file a copy of this
Resolution with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon as prescribed by Oregon
Revised Statutes Section 221.770.
The foregoing Resolution adopted the 24th day of June, 2002.
