WORK SESSION: Fiscal Year 2007 Police Commission Work Plan City Council President: I move to approve the Police Commission’s FY07 work plan. WORK SESSION: Region 2050 City Council President: I move to endorse the Southern Willamette Valley Regional Growth Management Strategy, dated August 31, 2006. By this endorsement, the City of Eugene agrees to use the goals and objectives and Regional Growth Concept embodied in the Strategies document, including the coordinated population allocations, as a tool to guide growth and development. WORK SESSION: An Ordinance Prohibiting Extreme Fighting; Adding Section 4.740 to the Eugene Code, 1971; and Amending Section 4.990 of that Code City Council President: I Roll Call Vote *Time approximate 7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING Council Chamber, City Hall 1.PUBLIC FORUM Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing. Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A.
