Road as the City’s top priority for funding in the State th Transportation Improvement Program and West 11 from Terry Street to Greenhill Road as its second priority; th Identify West 11 as the City’s priority for the next EmX ? corridor study; th Support a transportation corridor study of West 11and ? the City’s application for $150,000 of STP-U planning funds for the study; and Support the initiation of regulatory changes to the land use ? code and associated administrative rule that would implement access management on the City’s arterial and collector street system. Roll Call Vote *Time approximate 7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING Council Chamber, City Hall 1.PUBLIC FORUM Mayor: The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public hearing. Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of City Council Minutes - August 14, 2006, Work Session - August 16, 2006, Work Session B. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda C. Approval of Exchange of Real Property Interests on Franklin Boulevard D.
