The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Supplemental Funding for WestTown on 8th
Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to approve the use of
City funds for a loan to Metropolitan Affordable Housing Corporation for the

WestTown on 8 project, as proposed, and to include the necessary budget
transactions on Supplemental Budget #1 in December.
