Review of Responses to the 10 & Charnelton Request for
Proposals
NOTE: The motion made by Councilor Taylor at the October 11, 2006,
work session is on the floor; there is no need to make the motion again.
The motion made at that time was as follows:
I move to direct the Agency Director to enter into a 90-day exclusive

negotiation period with TK Partners for the sale and development of the 10 &
Charnelton development site based upon the proposal submitted, and to return
to the City Council, acting as the Urban Renewal Agency, with the proposed
terms of the sale and development following the negotiation period.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e)
Mayor:
The Eugene Urban Renewal Agency will now meet in Executive
Session to negotiate real property transactions. The Executive Session is held
pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e).
Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be
allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the
audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news
media are specifically directed not to report on any of the
deliberations during the executive session, except to state the
general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision
may be made in executive session.
Adjourn.
