Downtown Open Space Update
City Council President:
I move to direct staff to continue work on
green space and open space opportunities in coordination with
related downtown projects, including City Hall Master Planning,
Park Blocks Master Plan, improvements to the Farmer’s Market,
work with public and private redevelopment opportunities, and other
implementation efforts for the Downtown Plan.

Proposed Modifications to the Parks Systems Development
Charge Methodology and Rates
City Council President:
I move todirect the City Manager to
proceed with proposed modifications to the parks SDC based on
inclusion of a charge for all nonresidential development and a
service area-based growth allocation method for neighborhood
parks.
