The City Attorney spoke thereon stating he has ::u:3l\:ed l\lrs. Sm~th to present ::',n itemized statement from the Doctor as to just what the injuries consist of, and this Mrs. Smith agreed to j~urnish. Said matter was referred to the Judiciary and Street Committees, and to the City Attorney A petition was received to pave Jackson Street betueen 8th and 9th Avenue s.
