To the meaibers of the Common COUllcil of the City of Eugene, Oregon,
Notice is hereby given that I have hel"eby called a meeting of the Common
Counci 1, to be held in the Council Chambers in the Ci ty Hall on Dec. 30th,
1929, at the hour of Five o I clock P. IvI. for the purpose of considering and
passing an ordinance levying the annual tax for the fiscal year of 1930.

Council met in special session, pursuant to the call of Mayor Wilder.
There 'vvere pre sent all Councilmen except Wash"burne.
The purpose of the meeting as contained in the notice to Councilmen was
I stated, and the Ordinance levying the annual tax for the City of Eugene, for the
fiscal year of 1~30, was read the first time, and passed its second and third
readin gs 'by ti tIe by unanimous consent Ullder suspension of the rule, and was
placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting
aye, nay, none; absent and not voting, Washburne. The Ordinance was declared
passed and numbered 7730.
On motion, the Council adjourned.
