Counc1-1 met in special session pursuant to the above call and was
called. to order by President C. G. Washburne, with all councilmen present except
Monroe.
I Councilman Lrunb moved that the City grant to the Texico Company the
privile ge of making two curb cuts, each 30 fee t long, on the North side of West
Sixth Avenue, opposi te their filling station at the Northwest corner of Sixth
and Charnel ton S tree ts, and two cuts on the Charnelton Street side of their
prope rty, one of which 'is 30 feet and the other 24 feet, as designated by the
I City Engineer. Motion was seconded by Councilman Hendershott and on vote was

unanim9usly carried. I
On motion the Council adjourned.
