Planning Staff.
Interviews for the two positions were conducted as follows:
4:35 p.m. Chuck Bailey
4:40 p.m. Richard Guske
4:45 p.m. Richard Perry
Following discussion ballots were cast as follows:

The balloting resulted in the following:
Chuck Bailey- 6
Richard Guske- 4
Richard Perry- 4
Councilors agreed by consensus to appoint Chuck Bailey and to
ballot a second time to determine the second appointee.
Following discussion the following ballots were cast:
Brain Obie- Perry; Gretchen Miller- Guske; Mark Lindberg- Guske;
Emily Schue- Perry; Bill Hamel- Perry; Cynthia Wooten- Guske;
Betty Smith- Perry.
The ballots were tallied indicating Perry- 4 votes and Guske- 3 votes.
Richard Perry was determined to be the second appointee.
