D. W. Hamel, Gretchen Miller, and Emily Schue. Councilors Eric
Haws and Scott Lieuallen were absent.

to order by Council President Betty Smith.
1. CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS

Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to appoint Carol Cogswell, 2560
Inavale, to a term ending 6/30/83; Howard Lindstrom, 451 W. 13th, to a term
endi ng 6/30/82; and Katheri ne Murdoch, 1040 West 16th, to a term end'j n~ 12/31/81.;
and Gary Gillespie, 914 East 18th, as first alternate. Roll call vote. Motion
carried unanimously.
