The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene
Urban Renewal Agency.

Urban Renewal Agency President:
I move to direct the
Agency Director to issue an RFQ for the redevelopment of
West Broadway based on the draft RFQ criteria included in
this agenda item, with the responses to the RFQ to be brought
back to the URA for consideration in early Spring 2007.

The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes the
meeting of the Eugene City Council.

Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.
