Process for Review and Update of Goal 5 Inventory in the
South Hills
Council President: I move to direct the City Manager to
complete the current Goal 5 Periodic Review 14/ork Task per

the tentative schedule outlined in this Agenda Item Summary,
and to bring forward a recommendation to include as a high
priority work program item to amend the Goal 3 inventory to
apply the standard inventory process to those wildlife habitat
areas in the South Hills to which the Safe Harbor inventory
provisions were applied in 2003 and to complete the Goal 3
ESEE process for those areas. The City Manager shall also
determine if outside resources are needed as part of this work
and determine or recommend a funding mechanism to complete
the work in a timely manner.

already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight's agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Adoption of Resolution 4845 Establishing Interim Local Criteria
Applicable in the Proposed West Eugene Enterprise Zone and Adopting a
Public Benefit Scoring System
Council President: I move to adopt Resolution 4845 estabfishing interim local
criteria applicable in the proposed West Eugene Enterprise Zone and adopting
a public benefit scoring system.
