Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and
address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time
you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to
complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Amending Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; Adding Sections 2.240,
2.242, 2.244, 2.246, 2.450, 2.452, 2.454 and 2.456 to that Code; and
Providing an Effective Date for Implementation (CB #4936)

Renewal Agency.
