AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SPECIAL
PAYING AND AMENDING SECTION 5.285
EUGENE CODE, 1971.
EVENT
OF THE
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seetion 1. Subsection (5) of Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide:
5.285 Charges for Of£-Street Parking.
(5) Except for the airport as defined in section 2.415 of this code, the charges for
of~kstreet parking facilities and the conditions upon which parking is authorized shall be established
by administrative action of the city manager.
Section 2. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney~
is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained 5erein or in other provisions
of the Eugene Code, 197 t, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
