1.PUBLIC HEARING
An Ordinance Concerning Noise Disturbances; Amending Sections 4.083,
and 4.084 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Adding Sections 6.750 and 6.755
to that Code
Manager:
Introduces topic, presents background information.
Mayor opens the public hearing:
Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium to speak, please give your name and address; you will have three
minutes to comment. There are lights on the podium; the yellow light
indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light
indicates the end of three minutes.

Closes the public hearing.
