City Manager Pro Tem of the City of Eugene
REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 57-86-03 REGARDING THE
ABATEMENT OF DUTCH ELM DISEASE.
The City Manager Pro Tem of the City of Eugene finds as follows:
A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 15 of the Eugene Charter of 2002,
the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City.
B. On July 29, 1986, the City Manager issued Administrative Order No. 57-86-03
directing the Parks and Recreation Department to take action toward abatement of Dutch Elm
disease.
C. The 1986 Order is no longer needed.
On the basis of these findings, I order that Administrative Order No. 57-86-03 is
repealed as of the effective date of this Order.
