An Ordinance Authorizing the Institution of Proceedings in Eminent
Domain for the Acquisition by Condemnation of Property for Park and
Open Space Land Near the Amazon Creek Headwaters in South Eugene;
and Declaring an Immediate Effective Date

An Ordinance Concerning Wastewater Service and Amending Sections
6.406 and 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971

An Ordinance Concerning Setting Fees and Charges and Amending
