Joint Work Session with EWEB Board of Commissioners:
Discussion of Planning Process for Eugene Water & Electric
Board Riverfront Property
City Council President:
I move to support an EWEB-managed,
collaborative master planning process, and to provide direction to
the City Manager and the EWEB General Manager to draft a
memorandum of understanding to outline the steps leading to the
disposition and redevelopment of the EWEB riverfront property and
to bring the outline back for discussion at a subsequent joint meeting
between the council and the board..
