The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the
Eugene Urban Renewal Agency.

Urban Renewal Agency President:
I move to forward to the Planning
Commission and overlapping taxing districts the proposed
amendments to the Downtown Urban Renewal Plan, consistent with
the draft plan and report included in attachments D and E. The
amendments include (i) an increased maximum indebtedness of $95
million, for a total of $128 million; (ii) an extension of the termination
date from June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2030; and (iii) a boundary
expansion to include the Eugene Clinic and Lane County Annex areas.
Roll Call Vote
The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes the
meeting of the Eugene City Council.

Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments.
The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.
